John Koster, MD, serves as the CEO emeritus of Providence Health & Services. Dr. Koster joined Providence as chief medical officer in April 1997 and held numerous roles in system operations until he became president and chief executive officer in 2003. His clinical practice was in emergency medicine and internal medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine.

Erik Van Eaton, MD, FACS Department of Surgery, University of Washington

Erik is an Associate Professor of Surgery and Critical Care at the University of Washington. He is the original innovator behind the CORES Smart Handoff App, and invented the concept of role-based patient list relationships in 2003 as a surgical trainee. He continues to research and study broad sets of electronic tools that are likely to lend themselves to MPages development and advises T4M on clinical and business strategy, while maintaining his faculty role at the University of Washington.



Bill Lober, MD, MS, BSEE Health Informatics School, University of Washington

Bill is an Associate Professor of Biobehavioral Nursing and Health Systems and Global Health at the University of Washington. He specializes in public and global health and has been involved in developing and deploying open-source EMR in Third World countries. Bill was also closely involved in the initial development of the CORES Smart Handoff App at the University of Washington.



Brent Wisse, MD Division of Endocrinology, University of Washington

Brent is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition at the University of Washington and leads the inpatient glycemic control team at Harborview Medical Center. Brent led the glycemic control team at Harborview Medical Center that developed the GlycemiCare app. Brent is continuing that effort with TransformativeMed, advising on the development GlycemiCare.
