Justin Pallari Chief Executive Officer

Justin Pallari is the Chief Executive Officer of TransformativeMed (T4M). Justin has a track record of delivering results in healthcare having held a number of leadership positions throughout the industry.

Prior to joining T4M, Justin was a Hospital Administrator at Intermountain Healthcare where he was accountable for all aspects of a portfolio of services at its pediatric academic medical center. He worked in Washington DC as a health policy analyst and began his career as a management consultant for APM where he provided strategic and operational performance improvement advisory services to major hospital systems throughout the United States. Justin holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

David Stone Co-Founder and Chief Software Architect

David Stone established TransformativeMed in 2011 after a decade working at the University of Washington. He joined UW Medicine in 2001 and became the application architect for its EMR implementation in 2006. During this time, David led the development of one of the first EMR-connected app platforms. He continues to lead the way in making TransformativeMed’s EMR-connected app platform a valuable and innovative tool.

David has presented on platform technology at healthcare industry conferences since 2007. He also founded the MPages Development Conference, focused on app development in the Cerner EMR. David is a graduate of the University of Washington, holding a bachelor of science in physics.

Dr. Erik Van Eaton Co-Founder and Chief Medical Advisor

Erik Van Eaton, MD, FACS, is a faculty member at the University of Washington in trauma surgery and surgical critical care. He is the original innovator behind the CORES Smart Handoff App, and invented the concept of role-based patient list relationships in 2003 as a surgical trainee. He continues to research and study broad sets of electronic tools that are likely to lend themselves to MPages development and advises T4M on clinical and business strategy, while maintaining his faculty role at the University of Washington.

Rob Arnold Executive Chairman

Rob Arnold is the former president and CEO of Geospiza, Inc., a leader in cloud computing solutions for genetic analysis. Geospiza was sold to Perkin Elmer in 2011. Prior to Geospiza, Rob founded and served as chairman and CEO of Crossport Systems, a leader in Internet security solutions for broadband. In 2001, he led the sale of Crossport to Lineo/Metrowerks, a division of Motorola.

Rob also co-founded and was chairman and CEO of ST Labs, Inc., which he built into a highly regarded and top-ranked software testing and quality assurance firm that employed 250 people. He presently serves on the executive committee and board of directors of the Technology Alliance. In 1998, he was named one of the “Top 40 under 40” business leaders by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
